Work Procedure

1.Main aggregate

Setup four fine floor on the workbench was assembled to make this floating solar.
Put base angles (right x3 left x3)
Bolt the fine floor and base angles down

2.Assemble float base

Set two aluminum band and wire on the workbench

Put form blocks on it

Adjust form blocks

Set the main aggregate was made in advance on it

Set aluminum side plates and aluminum corner plates

Set the panel angles up

Assemble the cross bar to each panel angles

3.Installation of solar panel

Put the panels on the panel angles

Arrange the wire

4.Setting afloat

Set them on the water

Anchor the float correctly
